Premier Credit Union has been proudly announced as the main sponsor
of the 2026 Tipperary Fleadh Cheoil, which will be held in Roscrea from
May 10th to May 17th.

A special event marking the sponsorship took place Friday night at the
Premier Credit Union Roscrea branch office, bringing together
representatives from the credit union and Roscrea Comhaltas to
celebrate what promises to be a memorable week for the town and
county.
This major sponsorship underscores Premier Credit Union’s continued
commitment to supporting local communities, culture, and heritage, as
the Fleadh Cheoil is set to bring hundreds of musicians, competitors,
and visitors to Roscrea for a vibrant celebration of Irish traditional music.
Supporting Community & Culture
Speaking at the announcement, Brian King, Premier Credit Union's
CEO, said:
“We are delighted to come on board as the main sponsor of the
Tipperary Fleadh Cheoil 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to support
an event that celebrates our rich musical heritage and brings significant

To celebrate its role as the main sponsor, Premier Credit Union has also
introduced a €500 prize fund for a Shop Window Display Competition,
aimed at encouraging local businesses to support the Fleadh and
enhance the festive atmosphere across Roscrea.

Businesses are encouraged to get creative and help transform Roscrea
